not enough board members)
about the charitable donation
• Despite many leads last year nothing panned out
• So we’ll owe National $400
• lots of discussion, came up with following thoughts:
• make a flyer describing IDAL/philanthropic project. We can give this to
prospective project people.
• anyone with a lead follow it up and if we have more projects than we can do
this year then yay we have more for next year as well
• More possibilities came up later in the meeting while talking about new membership
board members

• Morey stepping down as Treasurer. Discussion of duties and who might want to do
the job, Paula nominated Angela as new treasurer.
• seconded by Anne, vote: all in favor: unanimous.
• Ann stepped down as Vice President. Discussion of duties and who might want to
do the job, Angela nominated Carol as new Vice President.
• seconded by Ann, vote: all in favor: unanimous.
• Paula to forward member/possible member list to Angela & Carol
• Patricia & Morey sort out Treasurer account info etc with Angela
• Patricia to send list of responsibilities to both Angela & Carol
